Who we are

This website is operated by GT 27 LLC, a Florida limited liability company, located at 4440 PGA Blvd., Suite 600, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. 48 Hour Probate, 48HourProbate, and 48HourProbate.com are trade names for GT 27 LLC. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to GT 27 LLC and those trade names. This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website or submit information through it.

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to personal information we collect through our public website, authenticated customer portal (where available), related online experiences, email messages in HTML format that link to this policy, and offline interactions that reference it (for example, when you call us about an application). Social media pages or profiles we control may link here; platforms you use have their own privacy terms. If a feature links to a different notice, that notice governs for that feature.

Who may use this website

This website is intended for persons 18 years of age or older. The transactions and services described on this site are offered only to individuals who are legal adults in the jurisdiction where they reside. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us using the information below and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Information we collect

Personal information means information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual. We may collect the following categories:

  • Information you provide. When you use application, quiz, contact, or similar forms, we collect what you submit, such as name, email address, phone number, probate state, estate-related details, and the content of your messages.
  • Financial and transaction-related information. If you pursue a probate advance or related services with us, we may collect bank or payment details, income or asset descriptions, and other information needed to evaluate eligibility, underwrite, document, and fund a transaction.
  • Identity verification and document imagery. Where required for a transaction or compliance, we (or a vendor we engage) may collect government-issued identification, photographs or video for liveness or likeness comparison, and similar verification data.
  • Identifiers and activity from your browser. When you browse the site, we and our service providers may collect data such as IP address, device and browser type, general location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring URL, and date and time of access.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies, pixels, and related technologies for site operation, analytics, and advertising, as described below. You may see a cookie notice when you first visit with options to accept or decline non-essential cookies where applicable.
  • First-party analytics. We may assign a random visitor identifier stored in a first-party cookie to associate page views with the same browser. Related data (such as page URL, referrer, campaign parameters in the URL, and browser user agent) may be sent to our systems to understand how the site is used.
  • Campaign and ad attribution. When present in the URL or referrer, we may capture parameters used for advertising and analytics, such as UTM tags and click identifiers used by advertising platforms (for example, Google Click ID and Meta/Facebook Click ID).

For California residents, many of the items above fall into statutory categories such as identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or network activity, geolocation data (e.g., derived from IP), professional or employment-related information, and inferences drawn from the above. Certain items may be treated as sensitive personal information under state law (for example, government ID and account or payment details when collected in connection with a financial product or service). We use sensitive personal information only as permitted by law and this policy.

How we collect personal information

We and our service providers collect personal information through:

  • Information you submit on our website (for example, application, contact, or quiz forms), by email, or by phone.
  • Transactions and onboarding you start with us, including identity verification and document signing flows operated by us or our vendors.
  • Automatic collection when you browse the site, as described under technical information and cookies below.

We need certain information to respond to requests or to offer our services. If you choose not to provide required information, we may be unable to complete your request or transaction. If you give us information about another person, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that we may use it as described in this policy.

Technical information, cookies, and similar technologies

We also collect information that does not always identify you by itself (for example, browser type, device type, screen resolution, operating system, language, referring URL, and pages viewed). If we combine it with personal information, we treat the combined information as personal information until it is separated.

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; if you block cookies, parts of the site may not work as intended (for example, you may need to re-enter information or may see less relevant content).

Our site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals in a uniform way because there is no consistent industry standard. You can control cookies through our cookie notice where shown, your browser settings, and the opt-out resources described in the advertising section.

We may collect information about how you interact with our emails (for example, whether a message was opened or which links you clicked) to improve communications and measure engagement.

How we use information

We use personal information for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Providing services and fulfilling your requests. Respond to inquiries; evaluate and process probate advance requests; communicate about your application or deal; send administrative notices about features, terms, or policies.
  • Personalization and marketing. Improve navigation and relevance of the site; measure and optimize marketing and advertising; send promotional communications where permitted by law and your choices.
  • Security and operations. Protect the security and integrity of our site and business; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; conduct internal analysis, auditing, and quality improvement; enforce our agreements.
  • Aggregated or de-identified data. We may use information in de-identified or aggregate form that no longer identifies you, for analytics, research, or other lawful purposes.
  • As described at collection. For additional purposes we disclose when we collect information.

We also send service-related notices by email, phone, or (where you have opted in and applicable law allows) text message.

Sale, sharing, and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing. Some state laws define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly—for example, to include certain disclosures to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use advertising and analytics tools as described in this policy; where required, we honor applicable opt-out rights and cookie choices as described below.

We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to complete a transaction you have initiated, to provide the services you requested, to operate our website and business, to work with service providers who assist us under contract, to comply with law or protect rights and safety, in connection with a merger or acquisition, or as otherwise described in this policy.

We may also use or disclose information when we believe in good faith that it is necessary or appropriate to: comply with applicable law (including laws outside your state or country of residence); respond to lawful requests from public or government authorities; cooperate with law enforcement; enforce our terms; or protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and/or that of our customers or others. In addition, we may disclose or transfer information to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar event.

Where we collect a mobile number and your consent for text messaging, we do not sell or share that opt-in data with third parties for their separate promotional use.

Advertising and analytics

We use third-party advertising and analytics tools so we can understand traffic to our site and measure our ads. These may include Google services (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager), Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising and measurement technologies when configured, and Microsoft Clarity or similar session analytics when enabled, including tags that may be loaded through Google Tag Manager.

Those companies may set and read cookies or use pixels and similar technologies on our site and elsewhere. They may collect information about your device, browsing activity, and interactions with ads. That data can be used to measure ad performance, attribute visits to campaigns, recognize you across devices, and show you relevant ads on their platforms or across the web (including personalized or retargeted advertising). Their collection and use of data are governed by their own privacy policies and settings.

You can learn more about Google's practices at policies.google.com/privacy/partners. You may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. For industry-wide choices about interest-based ads, visit the Digital Advertising Alliance consumer choice page or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

If you decline non-essential cookies through our cookie notice where shown, we adjust consent signals for supported Google tags accordingly; some measurement may still occur in aggregated or limited forms depending on your browser and provider settings.

Depending on your browser or device, you may be able to use a legally recognized opt-out signal (such as the Global Privacy Control) to express your privacy preferences. We will process such signals where required by applicable law.

Identity verification and electronic signing

For certain transactions we may use specialized vendors to verify your identity (for example, by comparing a government ID with a selfie) and to facilitate remote online notarization or electronic signing. Those vendors collect information directly from you in their flows and process it under their own notices and terms as well as our agreements with them. We receive results and records needed to complete your transaction and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to host our site and applications, deliver network and security services, send email, run analytics and advertising, verify identity or documents when needed for a transaction you started, facilitate notarization or e-signatures, process payments, and perform similar functions. They may process personal information only on our instructions or as required to provide their services to us, subject to confidentiality and contractual obligations.

Communications

If you provide contact information, we may use it to respond to requests, manage your application or deal, and send operational messages (for example, about verification, documents, or account status). If you indicate a preference for SMS where we offer it, or otherwise consent as required by law, we or our vendors may send text messages related to those services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing communications by following instructions in those messages or contacting us; transactional messages may continue where permitted by law.

Third-party websites and services

Our site may link to third-party websites, plug-ins, or services we do not control. This policy does not apply to those destinations. Review their privacy notices before providing information to them.

We are not responsible for the collection, use, or disclosure practices of social media platforms, app stores, device manufacturers, wireless carriers, or other companies when you interact with them through our content or integrations.

Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. When you submit payment information, it may be collected directly by that provider under its own privacy notice and security practices. We generally rely on those providers for card data collection and retention and keep only limited transaction metadata needed for reconciliation, accounting, and customer support.

Sensitive information

Unless we specifically request it for a transaction or legal requirement, please do not send us sensitive information we have not asked for (for example, full Social Security numbers in unsecured email, or health information unrelated to a request we are processing). Use the secure channels we provide when we invite you to submit identity or financial documentation.

Your privacy choices and requests

Marketing. You may opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages. You may opt out of marketing calls or mailings by contacting us using the information below and describing your preference.

Access, correction, and deletion. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We may decline requests where the law allows (for example, to complete a transaction you started, meet legal retention obligations, or resolve disputes). Some information may remain in backups or internal logs for a limited period.

Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes in this policy. The length of retention depends on criteria such as:

  • Whether we have an ongoing relationship with you or an open transaction.
  • Whether we have a legal, tax, or regulatory obligation to retain records.
  • Whether retention is advisable in light of our legal position (for example, applicable statutes of limitation or potential disputes).

How we protect information

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit where appropriate for our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, notify us promptly using the contact information below.

U.S. processing and cross-border transfer

Our operations are based in the United States. Personal information may be stored and processed in the U.S. and in other locations where we or our service providers operate. By using the site or submitting information, you understand that it may be transferred to the U.S. or other jurisdictions whose laws may differ from those where you live. Where required by law, courts, regulators, or law enforcement in those jurisdictions may seek access to data.

Automated processing

We and our vendors may use automated tools—including fraud prevention, identity verification, and analytics—to process information and produce risk or quality scores. These tools support human decision-making rather than solely automated legal or similarly significant decisions about you. If you have questions about how automated processing applies in your case, contact us using the information below.

California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), may provide you with rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • The right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and retain.
  • The right to request deletion of personal information, subject to exceptions.
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information, where applicable.
  • The right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, where those rights apply under law.
  • The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We describe advertising and analytics practices above; you may use our cookie choices and, where applicable, browser or platform opt-out tools. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law.

To exercise these rights or appeal a decision on a request where an appeal process is required, contact us using the information below. We will verify your request as required by law and respond within the timeframes applicable to us.

California "Shine the Light" (Civil Code section 1798.83): California residents may request certain information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing as described in that law. If you submit a request under this section, we will respond as required by law; given our practices, we may have no responsive disclosures.

Other U.S. states

Residents of certain other states (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah, among others) may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing under applicable state privacy laws. The scope of these laws varies. If you are a resident of one of these states and wish to exercise rights that may apply to you, contact us using the information below and identify your state of residence.

Nevada residents: Nevada law allows consumers to request that we not sell certain covered information for monetary consideration to data brokers. We do not sell personal information as described in this policy; if our practices change, we will provide a designated address or method for Nevada opt-out requests as required.

European Union and European Economic Area

This website and our services are directed at users in the United States. They are not intended for individuals located in the European Union or the European Economic Area.

We use Cloudflare (and related network and security features) to help operate and protect our site. As part of that setup, access to this website from the EU/EEA may be blocked by automated geographic restrictions. If you are in the EU/EEA, you may be unable to use the site as a result. This policy is provided for transparency; it does not constitute an offer of services in the EU/EEA.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and post the revised policy on this site. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated policy, except where applicable law requires a different process or consent.
